1. Introduction

Welcome to Notarix. These terms govern your access to and use of services offered at Notarix.

2. Services

2.1 Scope

Notarix provides private notarization services, including deal certification, powers of attorney, and inheritance documentation.

2.2 Scheduling and Modification

Clients may request a change in appointment time up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Requests made later may not be accommodated and no reimbursement will be issued for missed or late cancellations.

3. Informational Products

Notarix offers informational materials such as guides and templates in digital format.

Access to digital content is granted immediately upon payment. If a client believes the material is defective, they may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the files have not been downloaded or accessed. All reimbursements are processed to the original payment method.

4. Goods

From time to time Notarix may sell printed materials or other physical goods. Clients have 30 days from delivery date to request a reimbursement. Goods must be unused and in original packaging to qualify. Shipping charges may apply unless the item is defective, in which case Notarix will cover return shipping costs. Reimbursements are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Notary Services: To cancel or reschedule, use the contact form at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full reimbursement. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are not eligible for reimbursement, as the notary reserves the time exclusively for you.

5.2 Digital Materials: Full reimbursement is available within 7 days if no download or access has occurred. After 7 days or once access is confirmed, digital materials are non-reimbursable.

5.3 Physical Goods: Clients may request a reimbursement within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Defective items are eligible for a full reimbursement, including return postage, when evidence of damage is provided.
